At Auriactive, we want you to love your Everyday bag! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns.
Returns & Exchanges:
- You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@auriactive.org with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable items:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
